Who we are
We're not a network. We're a family.
Project7825 is the box that holds a handful of independent Minecraft servers. Each one has its own world, its own story and its own team running it.
What they share is the people and the tools: one Discord login, one staff handbook, and plugins and bots we build ourselves. When you join a team here you're joining that server, and you're backed by everyone else in the family too.
How we work
No corporate values poster. These are just the things that make someone great to work with here.
Players first
Every role here exists to make someone's evening better. If a decision doesn't help the people playing, we don't make it.
Own your corner
Each server is run its own way, by its own team. You get real responsibility, not a rank and a list of rules.
Build it ourselves
Our plugins, bots and tools are made in-house. If something's missing, we build it, and you can help.
Kindness over clout
We'd rather hire someone patient and reliable than someone famous. Treat people well and you'll fit right in.
Show up, tell us when you can't
Nobody's on the clock 24/7. Do what you said you would, and say so early when life gets in the way.
Learn out loud
Ask questions, share what you figured out, write it down for the next person. The handbook grows because staff add to it.
Find your team
Most servers hire for the same kinds of work. Pick the one that sounds like you.
Moderation
Keep the servers fair, friendly and fun.

Each one's run its own way, by its own team. Same family.
How hiring works
Four steps, and you'll get a Discord DM at each one.
- 1
Apply
Pick a role, log in with Discord and fill in the application. It saves as you go, so there's no rush.
- 2
Review
The server's hiring team reads every application. They might message you with a question, which you answer in your portal.
- 3
Interview
Some roles have a short voice interview on Discord. You pick a time that works for you from their open slots.
- 4
Decision
You'll hear either way. Every change to your application comes to you as a Discord DM, and it's always in your portal.
Questions
If yours isn't here, ask in our Discord.
Are these roles paid?
Most are volunteer roles. A few are paid, and those are marked on the job. Either way, you'll know before you apply.
How long does a review take?
Usually within a week or two, depending on the server and how many people applied. Your portal always shows where things stand.
Why do I need to link my Minecraft account?
Staff work in-game as well as on Discord, so we need to know who you are in both places. Linking takes a minute: join one of our servers, type /link, then enter the code in Discord.
What can the Project7825 Jobs app do on my Discord account?
It sends you DMs about your applications. Some roles also add you to that server's Discord guilds, for example when you're hired, and the application tells you which ones. It can't read your messages or post as you.
Can I apply to more than one role?
Yes, on as many servers as you like. Each application is reviewed by that server's own team.
I was turned down. Can I apply again?
Some roles accept repeat applications and some don't. The job page tells you. Keep an eye out for new openings too.
Sound like you?
There's a role for patient people, creative people, technical people and organised people.
